Business Generalist Role

We are seeking a dynamic business professional who is passionate about general management and enjoys all things business & operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue — identify funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Love all things business and sales, and be willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Be able to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
