Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with expertise in monitoring and managing complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proven experience with monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems, including Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Alarm Management: Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management principles.
  • IT Service Management Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-Solving: A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Liaison Role: Experience in a liaison role between application and platform teams.
  • Operational Application Management: Experience in operational application management, including identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • User Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • alerts Configuration: Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • alert Fine Tuning: Defining and fine-tuning alerts.
  • Incident Management Tooling: Integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling.
  • ITIL Practices: Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a similar liaison role.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration, synthetic monitoring, alarm management, and IT service management tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
