
Zonal Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve the performance, efficiency, and reach of educational centers within the zone.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve zonal sales targets and operational KPIs.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
This includes ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines, as well as driving consistency by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers.
In addition, you will drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals across the zone, design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
A strong leader, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
Key responsibilities include leading, training, and managing center heads and their respective teams, conducting regular performance reviews, setting goals, and providing coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
You will also create a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development, prepare and monitor budgets effectively, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving initiatives where required.
Ongoing tasks include tracking center-wise performance metrics, aligning resources for optimum utilization, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively, and preparing and submitting regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
