Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments for land acquisition tasks for wind projects.
  • Identify suitable developers/aggregators for wind energy projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to land, forest, and approvals.
  • Assess risks in land acquisition and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Lead legal due diligence (DD) and documentation to ensure clear title of potential lands.
  • Participate in drafting and finalizing agreements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless land acquisition for wind energy projects.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination to meet project timelines.
  • Interact with local agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisition and usage of lands until commissioning.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to land acquisition across pan-India locations.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders for successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
