Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for calling all leads provided to you for various courses, making ial calls and shortlisting prospective leads and submitting to Counselorsng information about all the courses to the leads over calls rating referrals from the leads taining the database of the leads provided to you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling Leads: You will be responsible for making calls to all leads provided to you, gathering information and following up on prospects.
  • Shortlisting Prospects: Based on your discussions with leads, you will identify and shortlist potential candidates who match our requirements.
  • Submitting Information: You will provide detailed information about all the courses to the leads over calls and submit their details to our Counselors team.
  • Rating Referrals: You will rate the quality of referrals received from leads and maintain a database of all leads provided to you.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No. of Openings: 2 openings available.
  • Education: B.A, M.A degree required.
  • Role: Telecaller/ Customer Service Representative.
  • Industry Type: Call Centre / BPO / KPO / ITES / LPO.
  • Gender: Female applicants preferred.
