We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Leader to drive our HR functions forward.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR systems, be strong in employee relations, and capable of driving innovative HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement seamless onboarding processes for new joiners.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction programs.
  • Oversee asset allocation and management for all employees.
  • Provide exceptional employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Policies & Processes

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with company culture and compliance requirements.
  • Standardize HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain clear organizational hierarchy structures.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Drive the adoption and utilization of HRMS to its full potential across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
  • Prepare and lead HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze reports to identify gaps and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • E nsure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.

Performance & Employee Relations

  • Support increment meetings and provide inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
