Salesforce Technical Lead Job Description

  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database involves managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
  • Work with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Create customized reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Develop application requirements by collaborating with development teams, including programmers and outside consultants as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide training for new and existing users on how to use database applications.
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Offer technical support to application users.
  • Identify and resolve system problems through logging and tracking.
  • Implement service cloud and community cloud solutions with hands-on experience.
  • Must have expertise in lightning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Experience with salesforce.com product.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
