Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM and oversee technical projects from start to finish.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds, Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce Revenue cloud, Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.
- Drive business discussions via workshops with business and IT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
- At least 10 years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead for Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds, Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce Revenue cloud.
- Hands-on experience in building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
- A strong understanding of product & pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, quote to cash process, approval flows, and order & billing process.
Must-Have Competencies:
- Sound understanding of lead to cash process.
- Exposure to business change management.
- Significant experience in designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
Good-to-Have:
- Agile certification.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification.
