Job Overview

The role of an Accounts Manager is crucial for a fast-growing company since 1985. This individual will oversee the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team.
Requirements

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting are essential skills required for this position. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.
