- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor team performance and report progress to senior management.
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the bancassurance channel is mandatory.
- A strong background and career record in the insurance industry are essential.
- Team handling experience is a must, with proven track record of success and stability.
- Industry preference: We are only considering candidates from an insurance background.
Has a strong passion for leadership and driving results.
Is experienced in developing and implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets.
