**Job Title**:Sales Professional - Channel Sales (PVC) **Location**:Assigned Region (PAN INDIA) **Reports To**: Regional Sales Head **Company Overview**: **Dhabriya Polywood Limited**, established in 1992, is a prominent player in the manufacturing sector with a strong commitment to sustainability, particularly with its mission to "Save Trees" and promote zero wood housing in India. The company specializes in producing a wide range of building materials and furniture products. Our product line includes **PVC profiles, Fluted panels, Soffit panels, False Ceiling Doors & Windows, etc. and uPVC Doors and windows** under the brand name ‘Polywood’. The company manufactures and supplies **Modular Kitchen & Furniture** for Projects under the brand name 'Dynasty' and with 'Studio Arezzo'. We have a PAN India presence and are committed to offering ecofriendly, innovative & high-quality solutions to our clients. **Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Channel Partner Acquisition & Development**: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, architects, builders, contractors, etc.) in the assigned region to expand our PVC product distribution. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued collaboration. - Work with partners to understand their needs and develop customized sales strategies for mutual growth. **Sales Target Achievement**: - Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel partner management and sales strategies. - Analyze and monitor the performance of channel partners, providing guidance and support to help them meet their yearly targets. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, tracking progress against goals. **Organize Dealers & Fabricators Meets**: - Plan, coordinate, and execute dealer and fabricator meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive sales. - Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and agenda creation. - Ensure smooth event execution, addressing any issues promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align content and presentations. - Provide training and product information during events to enhance partners’ knowledge and sales effectiveness. - Collect feedback post-event for continuous improvement and future event planning. **Training & Support**: - Provide ongoing product training, technical support, and sales tools to channel partners to help them sell PVC products effectively. - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with updated promotional materials, product literature, and market insights. **Market Analysis & Expansion**: - Identify new market opportunities within the assigned region and work to expand the presence of Dhabriya Polywood Limited’s PVC products in untapped areas. - Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement**: - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction for channel partners. - Share feedback from channel partners on product enhancements, market conditions, and customer needs with relevant internal teams. **Problem Resolution**: - Address issues or concerns raised by channel partners, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships. - Act as a liaison between the company and its partners to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations. **Management Reporting**: - Submit regular reports, including daily call updates, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis, to track sales performance and market trends. - Keep management informed on progress, sales achievements, and market conditions, providing actionable insights for decision-making. **Qualifications / Skills/ Attributes**: - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - **Experience**: Minimum **3 years**of experience in channel sales in building materials industry, having a **strong network with distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors,**etc. - **Performance**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a channel sales role. - **Industry knowledge**: Strong understanding of the PVC products market, building materials, and distribution networks. - **Market Understanding**: Knowledge of market dynamics in the assigned region and the ability to drive sales growth locally. - **Presentable**: Should be Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image. - **Channel Sales & Lead Generation**:Strong expertise in driving channel sales by identifying potential customers through research, networking and cold calling.
