The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various markets, thereby driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, explaining the home loan process, and setting realistic expectations.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, requirement analysis, advice rendering, commercial negotiation, and timely loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets from designated regions through effective sales planning and execution.
- Foster strong business relationships with connectors and builders, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Convert digital leads into sanctioned loans and ensure timely disbursement.
- Organize and track potential leads, maintaining accurate Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to enhance business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and available products, providing valuable insights to the central product and policy team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing internal and external relationships.
