
Insurance Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the generation of new sales leads from assigned banks, with a focus on cross-selling various financial products to customers.
Key responsibilities include customer business development, relationship management, and ensuring timely completion of medical reports and policy documentation.
In addition, the successful candidate will explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with company sales strategy, as well as support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team as requested by the sales manager.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel;
- Ability to work effectively with bank customers and teams;
- Strong knowledge of life/health/general insurance products and services;
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
