Insurance Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Agent Recruitment and Management**:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents specializing in motor insurance.
- Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, setting clear goals and targets.
- Motivate and inspire agents to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and agent performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and agent productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the motor insurance industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
