We’re looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our office in Agra and help more people find financial freedom.

Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with people who are facing financial difficulties and offering them practical debt settlement solutions. Your goal is to convert leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to individuals who are dealing with heavy debt burdens.

Present Our Services: Clearly explain how XeroDebt can help them resolve their financial issues.

Follow Up and Close Deals: Keep in touch with leads and use persuasive communication to convert them into customers.

Understand Customer Needs: Listen to each customer's financial situation and offer customized solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

CRM Management: Log all interactions and updates in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good at negotiating and convincing others.

Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of loans, debt, or finance is a bonus.

Basic English skills are helpful
