Job Description:
We are seeking an adaptable and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Hybrid Sales Executive at Betta Threads, you will have a unique role that combines both inside and outside sales activities, allowing you to engage with clients through a variety of methods and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Utilize both in-person and virtual meetings to engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting our products or services.
Lead Generation: Actively identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, cold canvassing, and conducting remote outreach.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations in both in-person and virtual settings.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing issues or concerns.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals consistently, using a combination of remote and in-person methods.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer insights, objections, and suggestions for product or service improvement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
