**Job Title**: Counter Sales Associate**

**Location: Agra**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Assistance**: Guide customers in selecting clothing items that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store’s inventory, including current trends, styles, sizes, and fabrics.
- **Sales Transactions**: Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and issue receipts.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in arranging and maintaining attractive merchandise displays and ensure that the sales floor is clean and organized.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves, tagging merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets and performance goals.
- **Promotions**: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues courteously, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- **Store Cleanliness**: Ensure the store, fitting rooms, and counter areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent or Intermediate or Graduation.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with customers.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Fashion Sense**: Interest in and knowledge of current fashion trends and clothing styles.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, especially when handling transactions and maintaining displays.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle clothing items.
- **Professional Appearance**: Well-groomed and professional appearance in accordance with the store’s dress code.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
