**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Person to join our bakery shop team. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations on our products
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter, display cases, and surrounding areas
- Restock shelves and display cases as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and tearing down displays
- Develop knowledge of our products and ingredients to effectively answer customer questions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote sales and brand awareness

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience (bakery experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

**Physical Demands**:

- Stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Move quickly and easily around the store to assist customers and restock shelves

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
