We're looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join our Agra-based team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers struggling with debt.

Explain XeroDebt’s services clearly and convincingly.

Follow up with leads and close sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding customer pain points and offering suitable solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of debt/loans/financial products is a plus.

Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office is preffered.
