**Overview**:
Magnum Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our digital marketing and IT services over the phone to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
⦁ Conduct outbound calls to prospects from our lead database.

⦁ Explain the benefits and features of our digital solutions to generate interest.

⦁ Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team with decision-makers.

⦁ Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

⦁ Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.

⦁ Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:
⦁ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.

⦁ experience in tele marketing or sales is preferred.

⦁ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

⦁ Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.

⦁ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

⦁ Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

⦁ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
