**Job Title: Telemarketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of products/services.
- Address customer inquiries and provide clear information about offerings.
- Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior telemarketing experience is a plus but not required for freshers.
