Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain products/services clearly and build interest among customers.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong customer relations.

Answer inbound calls and handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Maintain call logs, customer details, and feedback records in the CRM/software.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting and closures.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
