Telemarketer

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our healthcare services and building strong relationships with potential patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce them to Shivaya Hospital's services and offerings.
- Engage in effective communication to understand the healthcare needs of potential patients and provide relevant information about our medical services.
- Implement persuasive and consultative techniques to encourage individuals to choose Shivaya Hospital for their healthcare needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the patient database with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for patients and appointment scheduling.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Shivaya Hospital's services, facilities, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential patients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with healthcare services and medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for promoting quality healthcare.
