We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic telemarketing team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and persuading them to purchase our products/services. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident phone manner
- Ability to effectively handle objections and rejection
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/marketing is a plus
