We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. As a Telemarketer/Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and selling our products to potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers via phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and set appointments.

2. Sales and Lead Generation: Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.

3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

4. Handle Objections: Address customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately update customer information, sales records, and other relevant data in our CRM system.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Education: Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience; e

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
