
Senior Bancassurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales and business growth within the bancassurance channel. As a seasoned insurance specialist, you will lead a team to achieve daily and monthly targets while fostering strong working relationships with banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to drive business growth in the bancassurance channel.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Mentor team members to enhance their performance and career development.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor team performance and report progress to senior management.
Required Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the bancassurance channel is required.
- A strong background and career record in the insurance industry is essential.
- The ideal candidate should possess skills such as team handling, bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels experience, and a proven track record of success and stability.
Note: A relevant certification or degree in insurance or a related field is highly preferred.
