
Insurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience in the insurance industry and be able to effectively cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
- The successful candidate will lead generation from assigned banks, develop customer relationships, and increase sales revenue through effective marketing strategies.
- They will work closely with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and provide coaching and support to junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from assigned banks and develop business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers to increase sales revenue and customer loyalty.
- Cross-sell financial products to bank customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to junior colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with bank customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services and ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
