We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors in Visakhapatnam. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Explaining and recommending suitable Tata AIG insurance products.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
- Conducting field visits to customer locations as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for potential clients through various channels.
- Conducting needs analysis and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Closing sales and ensuring policy issuance.
- Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Age: 21-45 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Fluency in Telugu and English is essential.
