**Position: Insurance Advisor - PX Prime:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer-Driven Consultations**: Engage only with customers who have pre-scheduled calls, ensuring each interaction is personalized and focused on their needs.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the client’s personal, financial, and coverage requirements.
- **Recommendation of Plans**: Based on the client’s input, suggest the most appropriate insurance products (health, life, term, etc.) from a range of providers.
- **Clear Communication**: Explain policy features, coverage details, terms, and premiums in a simplified and understandable way.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest insurance products and trends to offer well-informed recommendations.
- **No Cold Calling**: This role is purely consultative, and you will only engage with customers who have expressed interest and scheduled appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field (Finance, Business, or related preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex insurance products.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
