You will identify clients’ financial needs, recommend suitable life insurance plans, and help them achieve their long-term financial goals. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients’ financial requirements and risk profiles to recommend appropriate Bajaj Allianz products. Promote and sell life insurance and investment products (Term Plans, ULIPs, Pension Plans, Child Plans, etc.). Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Conduct financial planning sessions and provide expert guidance on wealth management and risk protection. Stay updated with company products, market trends, and competitors’ offerings. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance knowledge and sales skills. --- Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of financial products and market trends. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). --- Qualifications: Minimum: 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Experience in sales, banking, or finance is an added advantage.
