**Job Description -**
- clients choose insurance products and services that meet their needs:

- **Understand client needs **Insurance advisors meet with clients to learn about their goals and mindset. They consider the client's financial situation, risk tolerance, and other factors to help them find the right policy.
- **Explain policy option **Insurance advisors explain the terms and conditions of insurance policies, including coverage, exclusions, and limitations.
- **Make recommendations **Insurance advisors recommend products that best suit the client's needs. They should sell plans that fit the client's needs, not those that give them the most commission.
- **Provide ongoing support **Insurance advisors provide customer support, including claims management, renewals, and policy changes. They also help clients resolve any insurance claims.
- **Stay up to date **Insurance advisors should keep up with insurance-related news and learn about new products and services.
- Insurance advisors can work for insurance companies, insurance brokers, or as independent agents. They should be knowledgeable about various insurance products, such as life, health, motor, and home insurance.
