Roles Responsibilities
  • MIS Frameworks
    • Design implement comprehensive MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies operational needs with a focus on the private equity sector.
    • Review control monitoring mechanisms establish track critical KPIs periodically perform gap analysis.
  • Financial Analysis Reporting
    • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews financial statements industry benchmarking.
    • Analyse financial data develop financial models provide industry-specific insights key financial ratios KPIs e.g. Insurance Fintech ITES FMCG.
  • Deal Execution Transaction Support
    • Assist clients integrations separations carve-outs including planning managing Day 1 Activities seamless business transitions.
    • Support deal execution providing timely accurate data analysis financial modelling decision-making insights.
    • Stay updated relevant tax accounting legal sector updates impacting deal situations.
  • Program Project Management
    • Lead functional workstreams conduct interviews workshops collaborate cross-functional teams implement services effectively.
    • Develop manage project plans identify risks issues work team client create mitigation actions.
    • Oversee Integration Separation Office project tracking updating stakeholders preparing status update reports.
  • Client Engagement
    • Facilitate extensive interactions senior client representatives CXO Levels providing status updates gathering feedback aligning deliverables client objectives.
    • Assist preparing proposals business development activities including first-draft engagement letters risk management considerations.
