The role of a Virtual Customer Experience Associate is to provide exceptional customer service through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to resolve queries and concerns efficiently.
- Offer accurate product/service information and guidance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by documenting interactions as per company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.
This position requires excellent written English communication skills, the ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7) at our office.
