Key Responsibilities

  • We work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Driving key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

Total Rewards Objectives

  • Designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Ensuring reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
