The key responsibility of the AVP – Human Resources is to handle our HR function and support organisational growth by building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Managing hiring strategies & process, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Driving initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture
  • Acting as an advisor to business leaders and teams
  • Guiding managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices
  • Supporting learning initiatives and managing development journeys for top talent
  • Ensuring policies align with laws and best practices; managing HR operations, systems, and audits
  • Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement
  • Maintaining policies and overseeing compensation, benefits, and perks administration

The ideal candidate will have progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role, strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance, excellent leadership, communication skills, and a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
