Job Overview

We seek a senior professional to drive strategic business initiatives and provide oversight on transaction execution. This high-visibility leadership role requires strong financial acumen and proven deal-making experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy, assess opportunities, and monitor deal pipelines.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to inform decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports on transaction status and progress.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions and capital market transactions.
  • Support investment opportunity evaluation, exit planning, and capital raising activities.
  • Cultivate effective relationships between internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions and investors.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
