Head of Procurement

Overview

The Head of Procurement will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and managing all procurement and sourcing activities across the organization.

This includes developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with the company's business goals, leading the end-to-end procurement process, establishing procurement policies and processes, and building and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations, with strong experience in vendor negotiations, cost control, strategic sourcing, and contract management.

They will also possess excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, as well as strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously under tight deadlines, while driving innovation in procurement processes and ensuring legal compliance in all supplier contracts and procurement activities.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in real estate industry only.
Preferred Experience
  • Sourcing and procurement of construction materials, MEP supplies, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and quality procurement standards.
