Strategic Procurement Specialist - Office Interiors

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
  • Develop cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources.

  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement management within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred.
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
