Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for online and offline tender submission to various government departments, preparing documents as per tender requirements, and coordinating with clients regarding tenders/works.

  • Online and offline tender submission of various government departments.
  • Preparing documents as per tender requirements.
  • Telephonic and written communication with clients regarding tenders/works.
  • Visits to client offices for tender meetings, documentation, and billing process.
  • Prepare sales orders, track progress of work, and prepare reports.
  • Arrange tender fees, EMD, etc. for related tenders, final tender documents with checklist.
  • Configure PCs to submit tenders successfully; coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
