Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative professional to join our team as a Learning Experience Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learner experiences at the Transform and Solidify stages in the Genome BITS journey.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Proactively plan and schedule Transform and Solidify sessions across skills and proficiencies, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Administrative Setup: Set up and configure necessary tools and platforms for Guru Connects, Large Scale Guru Connects, Guru Forum, and Solidify readiness, streamlining operations and enhancing learner engagement.
  • Session Moderation: Moderate Transform sessions, actively engaging with learners and Master Gurus/Gurus to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Learner Engagement: Proactively nudge learners to participate in Transform sessions, promoting active learning and skill development.
  • Master Gurus/Gurus Support: Manage Master Gurus and Gurus experience for assigned skills and proficiencies, ensuring their needs are met and they receive optimal support.
  • Solidify Operations: Oversee Solidify operations on the Solidify Platform, handling task creation, upload, tracking learner peer reviews, proxy reviews, and timely reporting to drive wave completion.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to inform decisions, drive improvements, and enable wave completion for assigned skills and proficiencies.
  • Skill Health Tracking: Monitor and track the health of assigned skills and proficiencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process audits, maintaining operational excellence and quality standards.
  • Operational Metrics: Meet or exceed operational metrics, SLA targets, and KPIs, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Graduates with knowledge of the learning industry, proficiency in PowerBI and DevOps, collaboration tools like Zoom and Teams, and Agile principles.
  • Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation handling, collaboration and interpersonal skills, self-learning, and development.
