About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Content Development:
    • Develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360.
    • Create storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials for learning projects.
    • Evaluate all learning content against adult learning principles and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop instructional strategies.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline and Rise.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging ways.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, audio, video, graphics.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
