We are seeking an experienced Legal Acquisition Leader to lead our property team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, risk management, and compliance across all property-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective management and organization of all legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and dispute resolution.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of all legal, regulatory, and statutory documents.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in legal aspects of land/property acquisition, construction, and real estate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Ideal Candidate
Will have extensive experience in property law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, and be able to think strategically and outside the box.
