We are looking for an individual with exceptional time management skills, who can multitask, prioritize work, and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Your experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including Naukri, Indeed, and IIM jobs, will be invaluable in driving our recruitment strategy forward.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Experience in managing all aspects of talent acquisition, including identifying selection criteria, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong influencing and consultative skills, combined with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

In addition to these requirements, having experience with legal and financial advisory firms will be a significant advantage.
