Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Leader to join our team at Talent Toppers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving business growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our company's goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders in the financial services sector.
- Integration Expertise: Drive and manage client engagements and programs, including large-scale technology-led transformation projects.
- Technical Competencies: Possess expertise in enterprise systems implementation, IT architecture, and infrastructure management.
- Deal Delivery and Project Management: Oversee deal delivery and project management, including vendor management.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- Prior experience in leading business development, from opportunity identification to conversion into sales.
- Proven ability to drive and manage client engagements and programs, including large-scale technology-led transformation projects.
- Experience of contributing to large technology-led transformation programs.
- Competency in at least one or more technical disciplines: enterprise systems implementation, IT architecture, and infrastructure management.
- Past experience of deal delivery or project management experience with vendor management.
