The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Leader to drive strategic initiatives that shape our future-ready workforce. The successful candidate will lead large-scale talent development programs, focusing on leadership growth, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
- Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives driving cultural transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development: Create and manage leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Succession Planning: Design and implement effective succession planning frameworks ensuring business continuity and leadership readiness.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and design programs driving skill development and career growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives enhancing employee engagement, developing strategies to improve employee experience, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring, mergers, or other business transformations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms measuring the impact of talent and organizational development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
- Experience: 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles, ideally within the BFSI sector.
- Skills: Proven track record of leading large-scale talent and OD initiatives with measurable business outcomes, strong stakeholder management skills, and data-driven mindset.
