Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent typing speed (30-50 WPM) and strong communication skills
  • Experience with industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL Framework preferred
