Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer support, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering high-quality service.

  • Provide exceptional customer support by actively participating in incoming calls and demonstrating empathy and concern for customer issues.
  • Utilize judgment, training resources, and knowledge base to provide consistent solutions to customers.
  • Document issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions with pinpoint accuracy to reduce repeated troubleshooting.
  • Continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge to accelerate support and product expertise.

Required Skills:

  • Technical support experience (L1/US Voice process).
  • Troubleshooting skills (Hardware & Networking).

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in US Accent and English Language (Verbal and written).
  • Honest, dependable, and full of integrity.
  • Ability to seamlessly adapt to changes quickly.
  • Demonstrated logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Consistently maintain a superior level of professionalism.
  • Experience or education from an electronics or information technology background.
  • Understanding and usage of various support tools (Telephony, Ticketing Platforms, Knowledge Bases).

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent.
  • Work experience in the similar set-up (IT support, retail customer support center with trouble shooting experience).
  • Experience with direct customer engagement in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support.
  • Ability to multi-task and has a good typing speed.
  • Conversant to listen, understand, and respond in US accent.
  • Document everything and do it with detail.
