- Problem Solving: To proactively identify and address customer problems and concerns, seeking innovative and timely solutions.
- Query Management: To handle inquiries through various channels, including email, online chat, and phone, ensuring accurate and real-time responses.
- Internal Collaboration: To work closely with other departments to solve complex problems and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Request and Incident Management: To manage all requests and incidents in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- SLA Understanding: To have a deep understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and related concepts, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Communication and Documentation: To maintain regular communication with customers, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and providing detailed records of customer interactions.
