Job Title

The role of a Technology Lead is to oversee and drive the implementation of HR technology solutions. They will be responsible for delivering strategic projects that have a significant impact on the success of the organization.

  • Lead/manage technological projects with high business value.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to identify and rectify technical issues or data discrepancies.
  • Function as the primary administrator of various technological platforms.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provide technical support for end users during training sessions.
  • Assist with backend support, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.

For this role, we are seeking an expert in SAP and SuccessFactors Learning Module. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with the module, including configuration setup and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with SAP or SuccessFactors.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to challenges while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver results.

Specialized knowledge of the SuccessFactors SAP Learning Module, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience.

Candidates should have implemented the SAP Learning Module, including configuration setup.

Strong understanding of the technical/backend aspects of the learning module, including troubleshooting.

Focus on technical expertise, not administrative or end-user roles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
