Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an MBA (HR) fresher to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end Human Resource Management and grow into a full-time HR role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all job roles across departments.
  • Coordinate and execute campus hiring drives.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus alignment and hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in screening,scheduling, and on-boarding of candidates.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
  • Support in employee engagement, performance tracking, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Coordinate with various teams for hiring needs and follow-ups.
  • Take initiative in streamlining and improving HR processes.
